P: Why can't I upload my files through the db site?
S:
  • When you first enter job submittal, click "Yes, I trust Spinner Dog", if prompted.
  • Click "Yes" if asked to run ActiveX.
  • Java is required. Click here for free download.
  • Your company's firewall may be preventing you from uploading files. Check with your IT person.
P: Why can't I get my exclusive pick up?
S:
  • Check to see if your email is allowing links to come through.
  • When all else fails, copy and paste the link into your browser.
  • Call db 708-429-6500 for assistance.
P: Why can't I see a job in the Planroom?
S:
  • Some jobs are password protected. Type in the password provided by the GC or job owner.
P: How do I convert my .DWG file in AutoCad?
